Seeing results already
I am loving this product I don’t know if it’s just me but I been taking it now for 4 days and notice my Jean shorts are fitting a bit loose , I have been busy at work so haven’t gone to the gym but have been putting in some daily skipping I believe with such little exercise the product still seem to work . I would recommend this product

Flavor Changed
So I have been using this product for a while now, but I have noticed that lately the flavor has changed. I don't know if it is because my most recent bottles are coming up on the expiration date or if it is something else. I use the product prior to working out, and have noticed that for me, it is ideal when I'm doing cardio. I have started using it prior to going on bike rides, and feel that it helps. I intend to continue using the product, unless the next bottle I order has more of a vinegar taste than a berry taste, which is what I have noticed from my current bottle; especially as that is not part of the ingredients from what I can tell.
