I bought these on a whim to get my I purchase up to the $35 for next-day shipping. Now they are my favorite colored pens. I really like colored pens both for creative uses and taking notes at work. Everything moves at a very fast pace, and I can easily spot the different sections by their color. The problem with most sets is that at least a few of the pens are in colors that you can barely see if you write with them. Not so with this set! Even the lighter colors stand out against notebook paper sufficiently to take easily readable notes. I love that! Also, I was surprised and impressed by the rich, smooth, luxury feel of writing with these inexpensive pens. There is not a bit of dragging or scratching on regular lined notebook paper or unlined drawing paper or cards. The only thing that might be an issue for a small percentage of people is if you use Tomoe River paper, such as in a Hobonichi planner. In that case your hand will smear the fresh ink as you continue to write if you aren't careful. This is not the fault of these pens. Tomoe River paper is wonderful, but choice of pen is important with it. I have a variety of different paper types and that is the only paper type that had any issue, and even that is not insurmountable. With every other paper type including the more luxurious papers (I'm a nerd about pens and paper) these pens give me a really nice color and clean lines with no smearing, and they can even fill in at least small areas of coloring without visible coloring lines. I really recommend giving these a try. The price on them is really great, and they are a joy to use. They are more versatile, too. I expect I will continue to purchase this type of pens going forward.

I’m a pen snob and I have been very faithful to Pilot pens for many years. I’m very particular about my pens and stick to what I like. I borrowed my coworkers Four Candies pen (didn’t give it back) and once it ran out I purchased this set. The quality, comfortability, colors, and smooth writing surpass my beloved Pilot pens, and these are a better value for your money. The colors are vibrant and do not smudge easily, and these assortment of colors are really great for easily managing my tasks at work at a hospital. I also really like the springy clip on these, and the fill level clearly marked. The small details are nice. 10/10 will be a Four Candies girl till further notice.

Smooth, good quality, dries quick, didn't smear. Used it to write and sketch. On regular lined paper it works like any gel pen, if there is a lot of pressure it bleeds slightly (very, very slightly), but honestly thats just how all gel pens are. Love the assortment of colors, none were too light for writing and reading. Very well worth the money and can work as a nice gift too.

Pens are really nice and great colors. My only issue is that one pen was engaged and bled all over the others. I was able to clean them but my pack was incomplete due to the one pen leaking everywhere. I’ve been using these at work and they are very smooth, vibrant and you don’t have to press hard to see the colors. I’ve used on notebooks and printer paper of different colors except dark paper. Still a good buy despite one pen arriving messed up.

Honestly, wasn't expecting much when I opened the box but dang, I was wrong. These are now my favorite pens to use. Pens write exceptionally smoothly. The colors are vibrant, rich, and pop, even the yellows show on normal, white paper. Pens are comfortable to hold while writing for a significant amount of time. Great value. Will buy again in the future.

I really like the colors of these pens. I’ve had no trouble writing with them and I’ve used them all a lot. Easy to use and I like the design. I would buy again.

I'm obsessed with pens and went out on a limb and bought these. Very impressed. Great quality, fun colors and smooth fine writing. I bought 2 more sets for my friends. The clips are great for saving your place in whatever you writing on. I use mine for Bible study because I love the fine lines and no ink bleeding through pages.

I love these pens, they (for the most part) write smoothly and beautifully. I will say that the colors are bold, there is a great variety and they look adorable! There are a few cons: they do bleed through the paper, they do smudge slightly, and I have a few that are hit or miss when it comes to skipping or not writing well at all, the spring inside one messed up after about four uses. I am happy with my purchase, overall very nice quality, but wanted to make aware of issues that I have encountered. I also like that it has a little indicator to show you how much ink is in each one.
