Ceiling mount
We bought a projector and this unit worked out perfectly for what we needed. Very happy with this item.

Excellent quality!
If you own a JMGO brand projector you can’t beat this mount. Superior to the shelf style ceiling mounts. This mount allows the projector to rotate in all directions freely. This mount allowed me to install the projector about 6 inches closer to the ceiling than a shelf style mount.

Bad instructions and screws
Product quality great; but instructions to install are very bad. The ceiling mount is super confusing and the hardware that comes with it really doesn't work :( I need find additional hardware and watch bunch of online instructions to install it; That left additional holes on my ceiling which I don't like. :(

Avoid like the plague. Bad product, worse customer service.
This is a negative review of the screws, included manual, and JMGO overall. The power cord that comes with the projector is too short for ceiling mounting, and their customer service has not responded to multiple queries as to the specs for a DC extension. The screws provided are insufficient for this mount, the anchors are puny, and the expansion anchors do not even come close to working. The screw threads were almost fully exposed below the mounting plate, and the plate wasn’t even close to secure of the ceiling (not to mention the cover won’t click on with this much screw exposed. The manual doesn’t specify what size nut driver is needed, seems to be 10mm, which I unfortunately don’t have on hand. Now I’ve got a sizing sticker on my ceiling, 3 large holes, and no clue how I’d even power the projector if it did work. *the manual advises to thread the power cord through between the plate and the ceiling before installation, so without knowing what extender might even work, I’m stuck. A lot of this frustration could have been avoided by a responsive customer service, but not all of it. Regardless, they never responded, so the point is moot. I like the projector, (N1S Ultra) but the rest of this experience has been horrible. If you buy one, you better hope it works forever, because JMGO does not value, nor support their customers.

Hangs Low..
Ceiling mount is well made, feels strong. The shortest piece is longer than I preferred. Using it, the bottom of the projector is 17.5” down from the ceiling. Low enough that my head can hit it if I’m not careful. It would be nice if there was a way to mount the original base to the ceiling
