Product came with bad chemical smell. Got gift 30 days past Amazon return. Reached out to talatex team for support they emailed me within 2-3 days. I followed their instructions and because issue was not resolved, they fully refunded me. Gave the stars for issue being resolved ultimately making it no risk in buying it. My sister has the same brand and her pillow is a dream. Must be a dud. I would try and buy again because the comfort of the pillow is worth it. I used it on my back for an 8 hour drive and had zero pain. Essentially there is no risk to buying.Went from a 1 star for smell to 5 for issue being resolved. I can buy another one.

While I wanted to like this latex pillow, it was the first time a had ever tried one. I ordered a "SOFT" pillow.When it came, I couldn't find any sticker or tab that indicated it was "soft". I/we both checked both the pillow and the box and could find nothing that that was labeled "soft". The company insert said to email them for questions. It's been more than a week and I have yet to hear back from them.Being on a petite side, I thought the soft pillow would be fine. But, the loft was so high I couldn't actually keep my head on the pillow when turning over during the night. I ended up in a slanted position. This made my neck and jaw hurt. I am returning the pillow. I recommend that they consider making pillows with a lower loft for various body sizes.

I've been on a really expensive hunt for the perfect pillow. I'm a side sleeper, and I have a lot of issues with pillows either being too soft and not providing any support for my head and neck, leading to stuff necks, or too firm and making my ears hurt. Or, of course, being either too lofty or too thin and causing neck pain.This pillow... It's SO close to being the perfect pillow. It's soft enough to not hurt my ears, but still gives enough support to keep your head and neck up. It's wonderful!.... Unfortunately, it's just too tall for me. I've given it maybe a month or two by now, and this is is the pillow I'm choosing to use for out of my growing collection for now, but I am shopping for a new pillow again. If they had this exact pillow in the soft firmness with a lower loft it would exactly what I've beenlooking for! Or if their ergonomic pillow came in a soft version (that one was too firm and hurt my ears 😩).So the search continues, but I am keeping this. Just a heads up, the latex smell was strong with this one. It took about a week of it sitting on a wire cookie rack under the fan with windows open before the smell died down enough that it didn't make my throat sore from sleeping on it. Now there's absolutely no smell at all. So be prepared to give it plenty of time to air out.

So I have bought all 3, firm, medium and soft. I've always bought the firm for latex pillows but the firm is literally had as a mattress. I returned and got a medium and better but still extremely firm. I got the soft and to my surprise it's perfect! It's definitely not the soft if you buy from other places which your goes flat on the pillow. It has stopped my neck pain. I love it! I will continue to purchase from this company only.

I love the pillow but it has a very strong chemical smell and I have done everything suggested to get rid of the smell with no success. I wake up with headaches from it. Going to have to toss it out. What a shame as it has really helped with my neck pain.

This is regarding the standard-sized "soft" version of this pillow. I'm a combination sleeper - I start on my side and flip to back and front during the night. When I'm on my front I don't really use the pillow, so I'm not sure how this would work out in that case. But, every time I woke up on my back, I had neck pain that lasted for hours. It worked well for side sleeping, but is not at all soft enough for being classified as "soft," so I'm not sure how they can say this works for back sleepers. Maybe for someone taller/with a longer neck? I'm 5'2".

I was looking for a latex foam pillow like I used as a child, when I came across Talalay latex. I tried several different brands and styles, and this was the clear winner for me. I absolutely love it. It's extremely lightweight and cool and just springy enough for freedom of movement without making my head bounce when I move. The low loft is perfect for me as a back sleeper. I bought a second one for myself and gave another as a gift because the recipient had tried mine and loved it.
