Mild and effective.

Works well to help me sleep and keep me sleeping. A bit of a medication hangover the next morning.

It works for almost 6 hours. No bad effects when you wake up.

This is just as effective as the name brand at a much better price. No side effects. The taste is the same as all of these products. Not horrible. I would recommend .

I didn't notice any difference when going to sleep, maybe a 30 minute to 1 hour increase in sleep. It doesn't help make you drowsy. I saw another review say that the taste is unpleasant, but it isn't bad, just alright. But since it doesn't help make you drowsy and only helps make a small difference in sleep time, I guess it functions as advertised, but I would go for a different product that helps create drowsiness for sleep.

Buy this instead of the name brand. It’s cheaper and works just as well, maybe better.

Good stuff

I tried it two nights in a row and had the worst sleep in a while. I do use the Amazon sleep aid which has the same drug and that works for me. Go figure. This is a great seller. This works for a lot of folks and it will most likely work for you!
