I’m on a GLP1 and I was worried about hair loss. My hair is long and very fine. I started using Routine Wellness (Lilac and Winter Rose) March 3rd, and two months later I’m seeing minimal hair loss, my hair feels wonderful, it feels thicker, it’s still clean the second day, and the split ends and dry ends are gone. My hair has never been this healthy in my life. $49 sounds like a lot for shampoo and conditioner, especially as small as the bottles are. But I’ve only used about 1/3 of the bottles in two months. This shampoo and conditioner are very nice. It leaves my curly fine hair feeling soft, clean, and healthy. The rose hips scent is ok. It doesnt smell bad I'm just super picky and thought it would smell more like roses. I bought this scent because I wanted something similar to bath and body works rose body wash but again this shampoo and conditioner only smells a tad like roses and the rest kinda smells like incense. Not bad but I would try a different scent next time. I took off one star not because of the shampoo and conditioner but because if the scalp serum. The smell of the oils in that is so overbearing that you literally want to wash it out asap because leaving it in overnight is too much. But otherwise good results and would recommend this set.

I’m honestly amazed—and a little inconvenienced in the best way—that I now have to visit my hairdresser every two months because of how fast my hair is growing! At my last appointment, she told me my hair had grown about three inches since March 1. It’s noticeably thicker, healthier, and I’m even seeing fewer grays coming back. This shampoo and conditioner have truly worked wonders for my hair growth—I couldn’t be happier with the results!

I starting using this right away at the end of Oct 25 and have been using it steadily (2-3 X a week) ever since. It's been almost 4 months and I see or feel no difference whatsoever. My hair does feel pretty good. I bought the rose hips fragrance and it smells like some old musty perfume. This is the only hair product that I've used where I use more shampoo than conditioner. 2 pumps of shampoo and 1 of conditioner for my medium length hair. The conditioner kinda seems to foam up and spread rapidly through my hair, so I only need a very small amount. Last month I was at my dermatologist and he asked me what I was using for my thinning hair and recommended Nutrafol hair growth supplements. Overall, the Routine was just ok, but it didn't do what it was advertised to and it's way too pricey to use for just everyday shampoo and conditioner.

The best shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. Leaves your hair felling very clean and soft to the touch. You will not regret spending the money for these products. Like everything else you buy. You get what you pay for. And this product will not disappoint for sure. I use it every other day and my hair is so much better for it. You can feel and see the difference in your hair.

I had a baby 1 month ago and bought this to combat PP hair loss as much as I can. Typically PP hairloss doesnt hit until close to month 3, so I am trying to get ahead of the curve and get my hair extra healthy now. I purchased the lavender and cedar. I LOVE the scent, it is very strong, long lasting and herbacious. For me, those are good things, but if you are scent sensitive, this may not be for you. The lather of the shampoo is good, I can tell it really targets buildup. The conditioner feels thick and decadent and makes my hair feel thicker and smoother. I have very curly hair, this does not negatively impact my curls. For now, 4 stars, as I dont see any new growth yet but I am hopeful.

Really lovely shampoo and conditioner, I bought the rose hip one which smells amazing. I read previous reviews that hair was quite tangled and very hard to brush I haven’t found that at all, in fact my hair was easier to brush and style. It’s to early to tell if it will help with hairfall but my hair definitely feels softer and shiny .

I was skeptical, having used expensive salon brands for years, but this duo has significantly improved the moisture level of my hair, while keeping it balanced. My hair is softer, less frizzy and my curls are coming back. I have about 30% grey wavy and fine stands.

Psoriasis and menopause…double whammy! I now alternate each wash with TGel one wash, then Routine shampoo & conditioner the next and I have stopped losing hair, and have regrowth. I was starting to think I’d be bald soon, having already had thin hair my whole life. Worth the investment!

It tends to dry the hair. Ended up using only the shampoo in combination with another repairing shampoo and conditioner. Noticed less hair loss. The combination of shampoo and conditioner left my hair very dry and brittle. I will probably buy only the shampoo again.

I've only used it a couple of times so far, but my hair feels so much cleaner! Silky soft. And the heavenly smell is amazing! I bought the rose hip one, and I am loving it so far. Hopefully after more time I will see less hair loss. Will be buying it again once I run out for sure!
