We got this as an extra unit for a room that stays hot. It was fairly easy to install, it looks nice on the wall and it gets super cold in that room now. It's also really quiet. It comes with a remote control. We got it in a saddle and the price was amazing. We also have one in our barn, they are great units.

We have been running this unit for a month and still works great, for the price it seems worth it so far. You will need an HVAC technician only half the unit comes charged the outside half needs a vacuum pulled on it before hooking up to make sure it works properly. It took half a day to install, runs quietly inside and outside, the remote control the thermostat but doesn't read out room temperature that's something that would be nice if it did. It looks good, the bracket is easy to hang and unit goes right on it. If it holds up well we may purchase again for a different room.

Huge bang for your buck! I love this mini split quiet and heats and cools very very well. App and remote are very easy to use.

I am extremely happy so far (had it for just 2 days) and the only negative thing I can say is that these do not come with the mounting template which is shown in their pictures. Using the mounting bracket is all that's needed for that part but you'll need to measure how far to the right (or left) of the bracket arm and how much below the arm for drilling the hole for the line set, drain hose & power. Everything else is as described and as long as you already have the electric line installed (this needs to be 20a wire and circuit), it can be installed and up and running in a few hours. While my situation is rather uncommon, I expect to save around $100 a month on my electric bill. I live in NE Florida in a 1,200 sq ft, 3 bedroom house and it's just me. My 'office' is in my master bedroom and I very rarely use the rest of the house. Needless to say, this is by far the warmest room in the house and to keep that room comfortable, I was basically over-cooling the rest of the house (for no reason). I have a smart thermostat (with 3 1/2 ton AC) and with our summer temps in the mid to upper 90s, I have been averaging 12 - 15 hours of run time per day. After setting up the mini split, I set the house thermostat to 80 degrees and the mini split to 74 degrees. In total, my house AC ran for just 15 minutes. Granted, my situation IS very unique, but I expect to easily save $100 if not more (including the electric being used by this unit. I will be happy to update this review after a few months and post how much I have been saving.

If I could leave negative 10 star review I would! Absolute garbage!! This company is an absolute disgrace. I bought an AC unit, spent good money, and within no time at all it stopped working. That was frustrating enough, but what came after was far worse: their so-called customer service. Calling it “service” is a joke. You can’t speak to a live person. I bought a unit and in a few months, it broke. Multiple sensors went out and they agreed to send me the outside used unit and ended up sending the inside and it was so dirty and so smelly. Never again! , all they did was send trash. They were , dismissive, and treated me like I was the problem for expecting a working product. A decent company stands behind what they sell. This one? They vanish the second you need them. Their AC is garbage, their employees are unprofessional, and their customer support is downright insulting. They have no respect for customers’ time, money, or trust. I honestly regret ever giving them a single dollar. Save yourself the headache and buy from literally anyone else. If you enjoy wasting money, dealing with useless support, and being treated like dirt, then by all means go ahead — otherwise, RUN the other way.

We’ve installed 15 of these and haven’t had a single problem with any of them! Work great, cools the room very well with ease! Very quiet. An excellent product for the price!

So far so good. My friend does install splits for a living and recommended Daikin exclusively. I wasn’t trying to spend $1300. I did a month of research and landed on this unit. So he came and helped me install and pressurize/vacuum lines. As we we going through he noticed multiple features including the certain refrigerant exclusive to Daikin. It’s AC is working great hitting low 50s at the unit.

I have purchased three. Customer service is complete garbage. They all arrived on different dates and it appeared that every person that handled the packages went to war with them. Just beat up as all get out, inside units were good, outside units were dented. But they all work, better than the one Senville I purchased that is always a problem.
