Quality nasal spray.
This is an excellent product. I have used it for several months and it serves its purpose and I have clear sinus.

It seems after the first purchase That worked great but I purchased two more after that the nozzles don't work at all on neither can And they only want to reimburse me for one And never offered a replacement

Fantastic product
Yeah, if your sinuses are ruining your life, get this. The jet setting is very effective and it's more sanitary than the reusable options.

Since sinus surgery have to use saline spray’s daily, this one works good.

Not my favorite nose spray
This sprays too hard and far in the nostril and taste gets in my mouth. Not my favorite

Works great!
This nasal spray is so great if you wanna clear out your nose when you are having allergies or a cold or any kind of sinus issues. I especially recommended for those who use a CPAP machine and stuffy noses can really cause a problem with being able to use the machine. As the reason that I bought, this is to be able to have clear nasal breathing at bedtime when I have to use the CPAP machine and it really works great. I also bought one for my grandson since he has a lot of stuffy noses in the winter time and feels like he can’t breathe when he is eating or trying to sleep and he can use this in advance of both. Highly recommend.

Waste of money. Do not buy
I completely agree with this review. I had the same experience. Complete waste of money. It lasted probably 5 seconds and no air. “ Instructions unclear. I placed this under my nose like any other saline solution and pressed the trigger. I received an insane amount of air but no saline. After messing with it a couple of times I figured out that you need to hold the bottle upside down. By this time, after 20 seconds of messing around, the air pressure used to expel the fluid is gone. Now the saline might dribble out. I'm going back to squeeze bottles to dispense the saline. Be aware they won't accept a return for this waste of money. It doesn't work, complete waste of time.”
