Silicon with a smile.
If you’ve left your silicon tube for a while don’t mess around trying to remove the silicon that’s gone off in the old nozzle just remove the nozzle and fit one of these it’s a time saver.

Excellent idea, clear to see sealant etc as it enters tip. Throw away after use or when clogged. Only downside was that the cap is threaded, however no thread on the tip to aid sealing, which would help retard any hardening process and aid longevity.
