Comfortable and easy to adjust
This is a better headgear strap than i have found in a while. One adjustment on the side rather than clips to fiddle with. The price was good too.

Work Really Well Might Not Fit Everyone
Good value, but a little small. If I set these to the maximum they fit nearly perfectly, but otherwise they are tight. I have an average to slightly below average size head, so take that into consideration. Otherwise, they are a great value substitute for the OEM version and I'll be buying them again.
