I purchased this product because I already own an iStim V2 unit. After about three months of use and about 50 to 60 times, I decided to buy this replacement probe for hygiene reasons. The original main unit came with an auxiliary rod and ring, but I found that after about 10 uses of the auxiliary rod, I no longer needed it. So the missing ring in the replacement probe is not a problem for me. It is important to note that this replacement probe does not come with a connecting cable. Luckily, my console includes a black wire. Initially, I was confused about the purpose of the black wire, but when I needed to replace the probe, I realized its importance. If you don‘t have a main unit, I recommend you check to see if your unit can accept a probe with a 2-pin tip, or consider purchasing a KE26 cable to ensure compatibility with your unit. In addition, this probe can also be used alone to perform Kegel exercises through voluntary contractions, which is also very effective. Overall, this replacement probe has been a good choice for me when using the iStim V2. This is an economical option for users who need to replace probes frequently.
