The rack itself is pretty solid. Having done pullup, benches, and squats on it, I've never been concerned that anything would fail. It's a lot of functionality in a fairly compact package and you can hit every muscle group on it. My only wish was that the pulldown mechanisms were lubricated as they friction causes it to produce an inconsistent resistance.Despite my concern, what made this a 5 star review for me was the customer service. I lost my nuts and bolts during my move and they happily sent me a replacement pack free of charge (not including shipping).

Great value for the money,works well.Was easy to assemble. The bar is not a regulation 7' Olympic bar, maybe 6' instead, which is why it is generally $500 less expensive than a bigger unit found in most gyms.

I bought this several months ago and wanted to use it for a while before reviewing.First, the service is great. I had ordered the wrong machine and then quickly ordered the correct one. The company was able to intercept the shipment so I wouldn’t have to ship it back when received (saving tons of time and money). They were very receptive and quickly to respond to my messages. Second, we watched a YouTube video for directions on putting together. Much better than the handout. Very easy. Third, the product is great. Works just like one at the gym. Can’t complain. If you are considering it, just do it. You won’t regret it.

Initially, I was not sure if I wanted to invest in this product. After reading some of the reviews, I went ahead and bought it. I'm glad that I did!!!The biggest challenge that I faced was making sure that I had all the pieces. With assistance from my twins, I we were able to put it together in a few hours. Very sturdy and doesn't take up a whole lot of space in my garage. Ideal for everyone in my family to use. I bought a few additional items from the same company and it's been GREAT!! For the price and everything that you receive with it, there's nothing better, especially if I'm just getting back into working out and weightlifting. I highly recommend this product.

So many problems with the product. One of the rack’s legs came without all of the holes needed for assembly. So I had to drill 4 holes in steel.The connection points on the smith machine attachment were all bent and didn’t fit as shipped. I had to use a propane torch, hammer, vice grips, and pry bar to fix them and assemble the product.The only good thing is that the smith machine is actually smooth and works well. I’m fortunate I had the tools and know how to get this together. But I wouldn’t buy this unless you plan on spending a few weeks exchanging parts through the mail.

Super heavy duty. An awesome addition to your power rack. My only complaint is the weight sleeves are kinda low quality compared to the rest of the smith. If they were beefier and had less slop in the tolerance, this would be an A+ addition.

Updated my review. The seller was very communicative and helped me the missing pieces in a timely manner. I appreciate them keeping in touch with me through the process. Opened it up and was missing pieces for step 1. Waited a week and a half for the pieces to come in and the set is missing pieces on the 3rd step of putting it together. at a certain point the machine would not come together because the pull up bar acts as a critical piece that holds it together, and it was bent where it would not fit together. I had to take a hammer and bang it into shape for it to fit. I also had to do that for one of the smith attachments to make it fit. In the end I’m hoping my incident is not typical because the machine is nice. But it has been an ordeal to get all the parts. And to have to fix them as I put it together.

This rack was the best value I could find to have everything I needed in my small space. The rack is incredibly sturdy and was pretty simple to put together.The lat pull down system is not all that I wanted out of a cable machine, but it is as described. Just keep in mind that your range of motion will be limited in comparison to a full cable machine.Definitely worth the price for everything that it offers!
