Lovely to knit with
I've never used Bernat wool before but having come across an American knitting pattern for a blanket I really wanted to knit, I ordered some and really enjoy kniting with it. I'm knitting on circular needles so have to constantly tease/push/pull the stitches down the needle and the wool holds together well and shows no sign of fraying or separation. It's easy to knit with, and now that the blanket has some length to it, it feels lovely and warm so will be good for autumn/winter. I will buy Bernat wool again.

My favourite chenille
This one is more expensive than the other chenilles I bought for my project but is a huge ball and brilliant quality , it's very strong, you can really pull on it and it won't snap , I made my favourite velvet pumpkins with this yarn

Lovely yarn
I am crocheting a throw with this yarn. It is lovely to work with and very soft and velvety. The work grows very quickly as it is thick.

Soft, cozy and amazing yarn!
Awesome yarn! Easy to use, makes a beautiful, soft and cozy blanket. Also great for scarves. Yarn recommends a size L hook which is good for afghans. I also used a size N for a scarf as it was all hdc and the N worked a little better. I used a combination of Country Blue and Vintage White for a baby blanket which came out gorgeous. I keep buying Bernat Blanket, it works up a project SO fast! Only drawback is that most of the big balls have at least one cut in them. Understandable from the manufacturing process. The cuts are always tied with nice tight knots and all I do is trim the excess around and make sure to hide the knot in a stitch.

Gorgeous and functional!
I had been trying to get my hands on this beauty since I first saw the swatch on Michael's website. It was always sold out in stores and online or the price was crazy inflated everywhere I checked, including here but I put it in my "Save for Later" and kept an eye on it like I was doing in several other places. Finally, when I was making the rounds, I found it here on Amazon for the same price as in store! I was ecstatic and bought a few skeins. I had no idea what I wanted to do with it, I just knew that I needed it in my life. Once I had it in hand, I was in love! All of the yarn in this line is super squishy soft but this color is one of the softest and squishiest they have, its a little piece of a gorgeously cerulean and chocolate brown cloud in your hands. After having this yarn in my collection for a very long time and working on many different projects, the perfect project for this yarn. My husband and I are about six foot tall so finding a lap blanket that we can cuddle under is impossible. We usually use a queen sized blanket from the bed but its so big and moving it back and forth is a pain in the lazy person. I found a beautiful chevron pattern and decided to pair it with Taupe, Light Teal and Vintage White Bernat Blanket Yarns and I went to town! Long story made a little longer, I went a little crazy and the blanket ended up being queen sized and I will post a photo once I get a decent one. :) A wonderful side effect is that I started it in August and finished it in November, right as it got cold. It turned out so warm, so cuddly and has an amazing heavy weight to it, (which I love because my husband is a long haul truck driver and doesn't get to be home much and it makes me feel cuddled at night. Maybe that's a little weird, maybe you relate, doesn't matter.) The only downside I forsee is trying to wash this behemoth. The finished blanket is so big and weighs so much that I'm not certain the local industrial washers and dryers at the local laundromat much less my home machines. So that will be an adventure... Overall, I absolutely adore this yarn. This specific one is gorgeous and the whole line is versatile, fun and easy to work with. Besides this blanket, I've made several baby blankets, scoodies, slippers, scarves, ornaments, amigurumis, all kinds of things.

Bernat blanket
Beautiful soft cuddly yarn. Definitely best yarn for snuggly blankets.

Some knots
Found about 2 knots per ball which was annoying, but the yarn was soft and fluffy! Used 2 balls for a throw blanket of about 1.2m by 0.5m
