Grip Strength Gym Wrist Expander Hand Strengthener is very good , great for general hand strenght , don't overdo it though with ANY fitness regieme or eqipment ..when they say " No Pain no gain ' with regard to building anything ....muscles included ..your doing it wrong , its one of the most stupid saying my physio trainer knows !! Excellent set all kinds of different excersises available with this set. Variable gripper gives lots of choice.

There is lots of variety of exercises you can do with these as it comes with a good variety of hand grips to use. I wish the quality of the product was much better but they are not great it just feel cheap. You can get better. I definitely wouldn't pay full price for these. There okay for the sale prices but over all I just wouldn't buy these again.

The main grip strength tool is really good, very easily adjustable, and seems to work well. The grip ball has enough resistance to improve grip, but it's actually a really good fidget item, i am constantly just playing with it the ring isn't so useful, and i didn't have much joy with the flexi fit finger stretcher. I did like the Pro finger hand exerciser, it was a very comfortable shape and seemed to work the fingers well enough, potentially a bit flimsy but hasn't broken yet The fact that it comes in a bag, and is a good price, on top of the fact that all the items appear to be decently durable for the most part would mean that i recommend this product

Wow where do i begin, its strong plastic, its great for strengthening your hands, came with all stuff thats listed, really easy to use, if you have weak hands or want to strengthen them this is recommended, design is great, i havent adjusted it yet as it isnt required at the moment, its light, i have used it the last 2 days and already feel my hands getting stronger (Takes time as always but i have stopped dropping my phone as much now lol)

Ich habe das FitBeast Handtrainer-Set bestellt, weil ich etwas für meine Griffkraft und gleichzeitig für die Beweglichkeit der Finger gesucht habe. Ehrlich gesagt war ich erst skeptisch, ob man für diesen Preis wirklich ein vernünftiges Set bekommt. Nach dem ersten Ausprobieren kann ich aber sagen: Ich bin absolut begeistert! Schon beim Auspacken merkt man, dass die Teile wertig verarbeitet sind. Der verstellbare Grip Trainer liegt angenehm in der Hand, die Oberflächen sind leicht gummiert und rutschen auch bei schwitzigen Händen nicht weg. Die Einstellung des Widerstands funktioniert stufenlos und lässt sich ohne großen Kraftaufwand anpassen. So kann ich je nach Tagesform oder Trainingsziel variieren. Der Fingertrainer ist für mich ein echtes Highlight, weil er jeden Finger einzeln anspricht. Gerade beim Arbeiten am PC habe ich oft das Gefühl, dass manche Finger schneller ermüden. Hiermit kann ich sehr gezielt trainieren, und es fühlt sich direkt effektiv an. Das Set enthält außerdem einen Trainingsring mit mittlerem Widerstand. Den nutze ich zwischendurch, wenn ich mal nur kurz etwas für die Hände tun möchte. Der Ring passt bequem in die Tasche, man kann also auch unterwegs oder im Büro eine kleine Übungseinheit einlegen.
