This shower system is incredible. It’s at a fantastic price, too. Our plumber said it was easy to install (we did not do it ourselves) and I love that both the handle and the shower head can be running at the same time. The buttons are very clear and you can always have the on/off handle at your preferred temperature so you don’t have to keep adjusting it. The water flow is great and the brushed nickel finish is beautiful.

This is an excellent product for the money. I ordered the brush nickel finish. It looks great and works great.

Easy to use and has excellent water flow. Has several advantages and settings for type of pressure management. It’s my favorite shower and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Was skeptical about buying a shower system on Amazon but I’m so glad I took the chance. This system increased our water pressure. Is good quality made and offers a great shower between a rain fall or shower head experience. Don’t think I’ll buy from Home Depot or Lowe’s again because choices there are so limiting and I’m not about to drop a grand on speciality bath store systems.

Looks great and works great. Has been installed for some months now and is doing great. The only drawback is the rain head adjustment does not allow for it to point straight down as it is angled slightly out when in the flat most position. All other functions and positions work great.

I spent WEEKS trying to find the right CHROME shower system for a modern spa-inspired master bathroom, and I am so happy to have bought this. I don't personally like rainfall shower heads, but my partner does. I use the handheld as the main shower head, and the pressure is AMAZING. This was tough to find. Also, the rainfall shower head has great pressure as well. I was also looking for a system where both the rainfall and handheld shower heads could be used simultaneously, and this absolutely fits the bill. I would recommend this quality shower head for a clean modern look where one is searching for simultaneous function and good shower pressure.

So far so good. Bought this to replace a shower panel and must say I'm impressed so far. The showerhead is powerful and the whole system looks very attractive installed. The 10" size was perfect for my showers dimensions. I re-piped my whole house at the same time I installed this so can't say if the pressure would have been different with the old plumbing, but with the current plumbing this has great pressure and volume coming from 1/2" lines to both cold and hot sides. Setup was easy and pictures were intuitive. Since I was coming from a shower panel it meant I needed to cut new holes for the valve and the shower head pipe. This was honestly the most time consuming part of the setup since I had to replace some tiles. Otherwise install was easy if you have DIY plumbing experience under your belt. Use the heights as suggestions for the valve and showerhead placement but ultimately place where your comfortable and works for your height. As others mentioned my only concern will be the longevity of the push button diverters between the shower head and shower. My youngest likes to use our shower and likes pushing those buttons way too much.

This product looks well made, has great instructions, and I'm sure would be awesome. Why one star? I simply can't stand it when companies say their product has a certification it doesn't seem to have (whether intentionally or not). It says "SR SUN RISE Shower System has cUPC Certification" in the listing, but no cUPC mark could be found that I could see, anywhere on the product. I contacted the company and they sent me the certification file. Because there's literally no model number ANYWHERE, either in the listing, on the box, or in the manual, I had to find it by going to their own website. Turns out that model number is not in the cUPC filing, though other ones are. I am permitting my bathroom remodel and the last thing I need is to install this and have it fail inspection. I wish people would do this right, it would go a long way in establishing trust. If they come back to me with real proof of certification I will change my review and apologize. Unfortunately, I have to return this system.

We bought this product for a summer cabin last year. Looks like a quality product and well made. Installed it in the shower and very nice to use. At the end of summer we drain our water system for the winter. When we started the water this year and tried the shower the centre valve leaked. I tried to reach out to Shower System, (SR SUN RISE 3-Function Round Shower Faucet with Adjustable Shower Slide Bar and 6-Setting Handheld Shower Head, 12 Inch Wall Mounted Shower Set with Valve for Bathroom, Matte Black) seller and finally got a response. There rep Sofia finally answered my inquiry and asked for a video of the problem. Sent in the video and haven't heard from SR Sun Rise Sofia since. The product seems real well made but no fixes if problems do appear so I now rate this as a zero. I finally have contact with a company rep Jarry. They have a fix (change centre valve cartridge) and after I do it and it works I will update this to the five. Thank You Jarry. Finally got the cartridge. I now rate this as 5 even though I will have to remove the cartridge every year to keep it from freezing. Every thing else seems top quality.

I love the rain shower, very comfortable. Surprisingly large shower head but still looks good and not comically large. The water pressure from both heads is good. Some good features: - you can use both the rain shower head and the hand-held at the same time which was something I struggled to find in similar shower systems (that weren't over-priced). - When you set a temperature you can just leave it there and next time you turn it on it will be at the same temperature (after warming up). - The hand-held is vertically adjustable and can be angled for use without holding it. Overall very pleased with the purchase and from my research this is one of the most cost-effective solutions while having the above important features.

It came very well packaged product is of very. Good quality and looks far more expensive water.pressure is great and controls are very easy to use it's installed.for a year now and a minor issue was addressed by a very helpful customer service representative I am waiting for the part.overall great product for a good price!

Would recommend this product it’s the second one I’ve used and it rates in my opinion as good as the higher end products for a fraction of the price very well mad and installation was easy

Amazing pressure, looks great in our shower, resistant to water marks. Love the option of easily changing from the rain head to the handheld unit.
