Great kit! Easy to clean and easy to use!

Nifty mold. This isn't supposed to be chef grade, but any chef, cook or anyone who likes to cook) can make this happen with a little work. Cutting each individual ravioli is time consuming and exacting. This tool assists in making multiples in the time it takes to make one. Good material. The rolling pin isn't really a pin, but it helps. I saw a review on here that criticized the pin, the tool is what matters. I recommend it for ease of use, you'll still need to make your dough and use a roller machine or one of those mixer attachments. I prefer manual machines because I can control the width better and speed of production. I'll eventually get the square one and maybe the heart one. With care, will last a while.

I used the frame and the cutting wheel and made Ravioli with them yesterday. The frame made it very easy to fill the ravioli and the cutter helped to separate them when they were complete. The kit also came with a round cutter, a mold for dumplings or perogies, and a small wooden rolling pin. I didn't use the rolling pin as there seemed to be a brown coating of brown dust on it. I'm thinking that when it was sanded it wasn't cleaned, but when I rubbed it after washing it, there was still a brown residue coming off of it onto the white cloth I was using. I didn't want to chance that coming off into the dough. Otherwise, this is a great little kit for making filled pasta.

Definitely worth the money. Cleans up easily. It makes 8 ravioli. The ravioli maker makes good size raviolis. I’ve never made raviolis before, and I wasn’t sure how it would work out. I probably could have just made 8 for my husband and I but I made 16 yeah way too many. This whole set is of good quality. I absolutely love the rolling pin. I use that for my weekly bread making
