This Washing machine has 0 Sense. When the load starts it drains all the detergent to the outlet and washes your clothes with just water. Waste of Money you have to pour the detergent on your clothes to get it cleaned

Go ahead, Everything is fine. I received with proper packing without any damages, Machine is very nice , No sound, no leaking, You buy without any tension. Worth for money But be careful of delivery, if you house is in above the second floor delivery boy will start trying to deliver in ground floor, don't accept demand for door delivery and pay him some tips, it's a very heavy Material arround 70-80kg

Product is Good. Installation support and their conditions are really disgusting
The service personnel arrives and tells that water softener device that we were using with our previous machine cannot be used just because it's not supplied by Whirlpool(the product is exactly the same to what I already had). Had to shed 2k for that. Also for tub cleaning he say we have to buy only their cleaner inorder to ensure we can claim their warranty. Totally absurd claim from the company.. they must pester their customers with products. Request Whirlpool to look into better alternative to get their auxiliary products sold rather than forcing their trusted customers to buy it with false claims.
