It worked the way I expected it to work. Worried me at first because it would not charge. Then I noticed a little blue icon on the control panel This means the unit was too cold to charge. Apparently, the unit sat on the truck all night long and it was down around zero, so the box was cold soaked. Unit has to be between certain temps to charge as with all batteries. Warmed it up with a propane heater for about ten minutes or so and then it charged up to100% and holds its charge just fine. Tested by running furnace, washing machine and other appliances to try running it down. Seems to be able to supply enough watt-hours easily for these devices. Can run my oil furnace for a couple of days.

The item arrived on time and in awesome condition. Had it hooked up and in no time I have battery backup for most important things in the house. It's strong enough to power my entire house, of course not everything on at the same time. Their customer service is wonderful, while being AI, it is very well done and can answer any questions you have. If it can't, it will connect to a human. I wish that it listed that on UPS mode( plugged in to 110 charging) that only 3 outlets operate and a max combined 1440 watts. When power is off(or 110v not plugged in) the wattage is substantialy higher. Also, 240V outlets do not work if the unit is charging from 110v. But does work when charging from solar. I got it just in case we had a power outage and luckily I had it hooked up already. We had a 8 hour power outage and it kept house warm(pellet stove) deep freezer, starlink, lights and deep freezer going entire time without any issue. Still had few hours remaining by time power came back on. I now have 2 solar cells hooked up and it charges great. This is my first solar power station. I highly recommend. Just remember it's very heavy.

This backup power unit is well thought out from the tow handle to overall performance. The app is straight forward and easy to use. Shows the wattage being draw and how much time it will last. Shows the temperature of the unit while in operation both charge and discharge. You can also set the wattage for charging as not to over draw from the charging source. As heavy as this is it shipped in a timely manner with no issues. I bought my unit refurbished and arrived in excellent condition as stated. Anker also puts out updates with no firmware issues. For me this unit meets or exceeds expectations.

We received it in perfect condition. It even had the new smell to it. I'm very happy with the product. So far so good.

Only had to use once. After four hours running my tv, lamp, refrigerator and router, I still had 80% charge. Whisper quiet. Very heavy, but ok to move with handles and wheels. You will need extension cords and/or power strips.
