I use this Bach flower essence not just for my own self-respect, but respect for all beings. I often meditate with my Bach flower essences, or even PRAY with each one while visualizing the effect I’m hoping to achieve. I asked the universe for support. Sometimes I write a short poem that I read about honoring my bodymind with a concomitant prayer for a better self-care. While I am a big proponent of Bach products, I am still in awe of the power of these subtle flower essences. Full disclosure, I do use more than seven flower essences at one time, sometimes as many as 10. It always amazes me when I see my behavior and feeling inside change. Highly recommend.
