This item was covered in stains, it's clearly been used and returned, and then not cleaned it quality controlled. So disappointing for the price.

This costume is well made and looks very classy. I ordered a large size per recommendations but that was not necessary. I returned the large size and exchanged for a medium and it fit perfectly. I am average size and 5'8" tall. I am very impressed with the quality of this California Costumes item.
