Lehman's Manual Clothes Washer Plunger, Portable Breathing Washing Agitator for Bucket, Sink or Tub

I use a 5 gallon bucket. Put clothes in a little under halfway up, no more. Put in soap and water about 4/5 full. Start to agigate - you don’t have to do it hard, like you’re gently plunging the sink. 50 times. Then let it soak like that for 20 minutes or so. Agitate again 20 times or so. Dump bucket through a mesh basket. Let clothes drain off a few minutes. Fill bucket with water, agitate 50 times. Dump through mesh basket again. Repeat one more time, drain, hang to dry. Your clothes will be cleaner than any machine could make them. If you have oily or really yucky dirty clothes use warm water. I bought this because I am sick and tired of buying washing machines that don’t clean your clothes well and break after a few years. I cried a little thinking how pathetic to be so poor you can’t afford a washing machine. But NOW I actually prefer this over a machine! It works better and is faster. Make sure you buy this one from Lehman’s though. Read the reviews, there are a lot of cheap knockoffs out there that have threading issues with assembly and the handles also break. This one might if you really shove on it but that would be your fault. You really don’t have to use muscle with this to have great results. Any old woman like me can use it with ease. But buy this one not the cheaper ones. You can trust Lehman’s. Their products are the best.

Excellent quality. I could no longer do my handwashing because of the arthritis in my hands. This product has taken over. My clothes come out just as clean as it’s easier to use this instead of my hands. Thank you to the person who invented this. Highly recommend it.

I hate handwashing anything, and usually will just use a garment bag in a regular washing machine. But there are times when it's just more convenient to hand wash something - bathing suits, etc. This tool makes that chore less of a chore. It is also sturdy enough and efficient enough to be used on regular items. I wouldn't use this on anything gossamer delicate, but for everything else it's fantastic.

Great item. Works great. Had a similar all plastic version by another maker that is not longer available- this works as good but is made better and is actually somewhat adjustable. I have already had to replace the rivet, but have otherwise had no problems... and I do leave it out in the dun from time to time snd in the Phoenix area, that will kill plastic pretty quickly, but I've been using it several months. I like it so much I bought a back up just in case (my last one died because one of my kids dropped it and the sun weathering cause the plastic to break beyond repair...)
