This cooler is really amazing. If you buy it i can gurantee that you won't need AC in your home. It fails AC when you keep on the water pump. I have 2 Crompton Cooler at my home.

Build quality poor.. Noise high, Cooling much better then other, Value for money ok ok Design good Sometimes smell very high But motor fan excellent performance I try 24×7 nonstop cooler

Noisey operation and most irritating thing is its wheels. Very low quality and doesnt move at all and it comes off automatically. Also plastic frame is too delicate.

It's a good cooler. Even though it is a 95L tank,.you may need to refill it everyday. It has a plastic (5 blade) fan with moderate noise level. It has only horizontal (left-right) automatic swing, no vertical (up-down) swing available. The vertical louvers can be adjusted by hand. Speaking of vertical louvers, I would like to point out that they are sturdy and firm so they won't fall down on their own. I.e. they have good grip. The pump is also good. One thing that I noticed is that the honeycomb nets do not get wet in all areas. Don't get me wrong, the cooling is very good but the nets just don't get wet in some areas. It might be a issue in my model. The knobs given for fan speed adjustment and swing adjustment are of moderate quality. They don't feel strong but not quite weak as well. It has a 3pin plug which will support the normal socket (6A). It has autofill socket on the right side and a overflow hole on the left side. The ice chamber is on top. You can also use the ice chamber to fill water if in case you don't have a pipe. Overall, a good buy. Highly recommended.

Wheels are not properly working..... And broken in early 2 months....

Caster wheels poor quality. Doesn't support weight to move freely. Gets locked on own while moving. Squeezing sound of resistance. Technician called couldn't help. Water inlet for pipe is small and not provided with locking screw. Water inlet for bucket filling at the backside is kept open to mosquito breeding. A suitable mesh cover (small in value) but can avoid health hazard in MUST. Better provide removable mesh outside cooling pads to limit dust/insects getting sucked in. Overflow hole provided should be on same side as inlet point. The manufacturers MUST EDUCATE /WARN that the cooler must avoid SUN UV rays as PP material may deteriote fast is SUN. The cooler body isn't strong. I will be obliged, if RETURN is possible. It's a wrong purchase for me. Just to ADD the stop valve provided to EMPTY the cooler is below on the base of the cooler and is inassible even for Technician to OPEN. A simple by-pass valve on pump outlet line can EMPTY the cooler very FAST by the pump itself. Unable to view water level from viewing window provided. A small led light inside cooler might help view. The front caster wheels were switched by back wheels but the problem remains same as unable to move filled cooler. Many such problem may be common with plastic room coolers of other manufacturers too. Customers to take care while buying. GI dessert coolers fixed outside window is better SOLUTION as I have used it. POOR RESPONSE FROM AFTER SALES SERVICE as the problem is still unresolved. I am sure observations, if taken care by Cromption / cooler manufacturers in redesign will boost sales with better customer satisfaction.
