ENCOURAGING, MOTIVATING, & INFORMATIVE. A++
I love how this condenses important information from the main book so you get more of the “need-to-know” information right off the bat. It’s encouraging and motivating. I do wish there was more explanation or allowance for the time we stop fasting for PMS week. Overall, I am glad I got this as a tool to motivate me and organize my fasting journey.
