The ones I get from desertcart are sometimes a bit gummy and sticky, and I assume they're just old. They should have a pleasantly soft, springy texture that sort of melts in your mouth. So, minus one star for the occasional old box, but yeah, if you're curious, these are real Turkish Delight, and they're good.
