I'm usually not a big fan of using natural remedies, since they rarely work for me. Admittedly, it takes some effort, as you have to use the product when you feel a flare-up coming on and then take about 4 per hour under the tongue for at least 5-6 hours. And possibly, assuming you wake up the next day with some pain, repeat the process. But given they are tiny and taste like candy, it's not a chore to do this. It's a truly viable alternative to all the harmful prescription drugs it takes to control gout. And my doctor once told me I had the worst case of gout she'd ever treated. I'll definitely always have this product around.
