My first impression was omg this look like a used item. After the set up, The item didn’t turn on, I tried all the instructions written in the manual but nothing worked. I immediately contacted the seller but until now, No response has been received yet. I am still in the process of getting my refund. Will update here shortly.

This facial steamer is easy to assemble and very simple to use. I like the 2-in-1 hot and cold nozzle feature, which allows you to do different kinds of skincare. After using it, my skin feels noticeably softer and more refreshed. It works great.

Works perfectly after a few months of using, only thing is the cool mist has a smell when used like plastic and old water smell, even when fresh water and cleaned inside out.
