I will never buy another brand purifier. I live in public housing where there is a major meth manufacturing issue going on that people are totally oblivious to. We are sensitive individuals and have had to move numerous times due to harmful VOCs in our home from what they’re doing. Ammonia, hydrochloric acid, Formic acid, benzene and numerous other hazardous fumes. This is the ONLY thing that has given us any relief from the side effects. It is expensive but worth it. This is my second one. The first one still works and we’ve had it over 3 years from when someone donates it to us. The only thing I will say is be careful not to accidentally step on the cord while pushing it from room to room. That’s the only issue we have is it turns off but it’s from the cord being pulled on but that is from my own carelessness. I turned this new one on and particles went from 488 to 160 in less than a half hour. Total VOCs went from .11 mgs to 0.04 in about 10 mins. It kills the flu, it traps mold and other pollutants as well. This thing works and I highly recommend this product.

Looks well made and easy to use. Started right up, installed app and set a schedule for sleep and auto easily. Hopefully this makes a big difference for our big dog long haired Shepard!

I bought this for my son who has many animals in his house, and has allergies. It cleans the air amazingly well, removes most odors, and is easy to clean and service. It replaced a HEPA/Bulk charcoal unit that was costing a fortune to keep refilled with filters and charcoal, and is doing every bit as good or better. Being able to wash most elements without generating more trash for the landfill is a great thing.

The unit comes well packaged. It is pretty straightforward to operate. It took a few minutes to read over the descriptions of the different settings that are available. Had it up and running in no time. It moves a lot air and the fan is a little louder than I expected but not too bad. The filters are easily accessible. Overall the unit seems solid and well built. The wheels on the bottom make it easy to move around. We set it in different parts of the home, start it and forget it. I love the timer feature. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend it anyone.

This has been a worthwhile purchase. So far so good. I like the washable filter design. Hope it keeps working for a long long time.

The air purifier itself works fine, but the post-sale service is horrible. Filters are not washable, not sold on Amazon, and must be ordered through NuWave’s own website — which is slow and unreliable. I placed two orders for filters (over $200 total) and heard nothing for over a week. When I followed up, they told me it was on hold for “fraud review” just because I placed two orders with the same name/address. No notice, no tracking, and Amazon support refused to help. A supervisor even left the chat without resolving anything. This experience makes me seriously doubt Amazon’s product recommendations. Never again.

I have Three medium sized dogs that spend most of their time inside. I was constantly sneezing and had trouble breathing through my nose. This machine has made the air so much fresher inside my home. I was amazed at the pet dander that was collected on the filter after 2 weeks of use. I would recommend this product to anyone.

For the price, I expected something better. It does the job, but is not as strong and fast as advertised. It does not remove cooking odors quickly and I do not feel the air clean as I expected to be for this price.
