Review: Well worth the money just for the bottom half of the case! - The bottom half is really nice and the quality of the leather is great. The top part that covers the camera is also great quality, but it does leave the sides of the camera a little exposed. But as protection when you want to carry your camera without a case, it does the job well. You won’t be able to fit the X100VI with a regular lens hood attached, but this one (on desertcart) fits nicely and it has a built in UV filter to keep the camera weather resistant. Haoge LUV-X100W Metal Lens Hood. One disappointing point with this case is that they used Velcro to attach both sides of the case. This will be useless in no time as the loop side deteriorates. I might pick the stitching at that point. It looses a star for this point alone. The strap feels fine, but I would have preferred it without the slippy shoulder pad (which I might cut off). The part of the case the sits over the LCD screen is well padded! Magnets are also used to hold both parts together and the make sure everything lines up straight every time.
