The T-valve that looks like metal is actually just cheap plastic and cracked easily while installing. Disappointed as this is not a super inexpensive item.I ordered a metal T-valve to replace it at an additional cost to me, we’ll see if the wand holds up. Hopefully it’s not as bad as the valve.

I am so impressed with this dog shower head! The showerhead features a user-friendly one-button on/off switch. When you need to apply shampoo, simply press the switch to pause the water flow without turning off the faucet. Seriously the best thing little money can buy for your dog grooming needs in your own shower. Oh and it doubles as a rinse hose for when I clean the whole shower room. I would recommend this to EVERY dog owner!! I wish I would've known about this earlier.

This works well, but trust me, install the stopper rings on every connection! LOL.EASY to install, clear instructions, sturdy, and easy to use.

The head itself works as expected, but the hose leaked from both ends. The end with the head, the coupling goes all the way to the base of the wand and you can feel the play in the hose, I got drenched. The other end connected to the diverter was leaking just as much. Put my old shower hose back on and everything was ok. I’ll be returning it for a refund. Did not see a number for customer service, only an email and no response yet. I finally heard from support. The included washers were not installed. The wand end stopped leaking, but the other end still had a slight leak. Still plan to return.

Install was easy and my dog loves it. This really makes my bath time easier and incredibly fast. Before, I was using a large cup to rinse my dog and it took forever. This tool has different Options for amount of water flow. Overall a win imo.

The shower diverter attachment leaks bad bc it’s cheap!! Can’t decide bc have to find a better replacement fitting or may not deal with and return. A better replacement will cost $25!! I would much rather had spent more for a more quality product.

Used both in our bathroom and connected with our backyard faucet, and I think it works better than our shower head. It’s really amazing! It has tons of pressure and is long enough to easily rinse everywhere on the body. It honestly feels like professional salon quality and my pup finally got the deep cleaning bath without any soap residue.
