Self advocate for self care
I am a health care provider myself and my Endo never told me about thyroid support. I have hypothyroidism. Since taking supplements in general my labs has improved. I also changed to Gluten free diet, not 100% but as much as possible. My PCP was impressed with my levels in the last 2 years.

I have only been taking these for a little over a week now so I'm not sure if I see anything negative from taking them I do believe my energy has been somewhat different in a good way which I can only assume is because of these thyroid support vitamins. I will update my review When I have taken them for at least a month.

Excellent
I bought this to aid in balancing my body. I have begun to lose weight again since adding this to my daily vitamins. It took about a month for noticable effects. Its easy to swallow and excellent value for your money. It is a wonderful balanced blend!

My throat was on fire after 20 minutes I took it . Also you can not return it
I took 2 capsules as prescribed and it doesn’t work for me . My whole throat was like on fire and I have to take acid control pills and tums . This product you can not return . Good thing at lease it’s not that expensive

Grew my eyebrows back
So I read a post that said that if you're losing hair on the outside of your eyebrows, it's thyroid related. I decided to order this product and see what happens. Within a couple of weeks, not only did my eyebrows start growing back, I also noticed increase energy and better sleep. For these reason, I'm going to be a subscriber and stay on it. Five stars.
