Quality is great. It is easy to manipulate and cleans up very well. It is easier to use when my arthritic hands act up.

UPDATE 05/19/24:I’m sorry but I’m done with this company. My original issue with the first vacuum roller not having enough fibers and suction to catch hair. I have a poor review. You sent out a “new” and updated vacuum. Unfortunately, while the vacuum wasn’t new (used and not even bothered to be emptied), you gave me a full refund! So I was okay! But then I realized that this vacuum was returned for a reason: it did not stand up at all and the suction was poor - it also would give off a red warning light and just turn off after five minutes of use. So, again, I message the issue to you about this vacuu being a return and being returned for a reason. You offered to send a replacement AGAIN and a battery? A battery for what? The original vacuum that didn’t work because it has a roller with few fibers? What? So, I get home now and find a package with two things: a battery… and the original vacuum… the vacuum originally purchased that I left a poor review for because it is NOT a quality vacuum. Why would you send me the original vacuuum I was returning because of its poor features? Who is in charge here? I’m done negotiating. This is just beyond terrible. Everything. You’ve waste my time and energy for a vacuum… a necessary household item!!!! I’m done! Then, the upgraded model was a returned defect, and so you sent me the same vacuum I set out to return the first time. You did not do everything you could. You sent me poor quality items and I’ll be adding this to my review as well. It’s not my fault that your team does not coordinate. I have been more than respectful and patient in this entire process filled with multiple mistakes on your end. Enough. Your vacuums are going in the trash or you can pay the postage to retrieve them.UPDATE 05/08/24:After my review, I was adamant to return the vacuum for a new one. However, I was quickly messaged by the seller that they would take care of this for me and provide me with a newer vacuum... and after about a few days, I received it! This vacuum worked a whole lot better than the last. The battery life is better than my old shark pro by a point or two but the suction is still a point below that of the shark pro.However, the reason I am so picky is because I have pets... and they shed! So, my carpets need to be cleaned thoroughly. I believe that this might be why my expectations were what they were.But since the replacement, and now with TWO vacuums... I will take what I have and be thankful for the great customer service.---Pros: cordless, easy size, lightweight..Cons: everything it’s supposed to do… poor suction on powers and on carpet - both low, medium, and hardwood floors. The quality is not there for this price. You can get a much better vacuum elsewhere.I was looking for a shark vacuum replacement after mine suddenly died last week, and this can’t even vaccuum a rug. I blame the roller.

With three Teens, Two dogs, and a houseful of chaos, this vacuum has been a godsend. It swivels, it turns, it moves with ease. It slides, it glides, it goes under my chairs, over my couch, along baseboards, and atop cupboards and shelves. Who needs a man when I have Miuzzy!!! Seriously, my hardwood floors were cleaned in mere minutes. I sang, I danced, I flitted across the house with my new brushless cleaner. I'm hoping I made it look like so much fun the kids will think it is magic and try it out. :)

Has good enough suction, but may not work as well on carpet than hard floor grounds.

So far, I'm loving this thing! I've been searching for a lightweight vacuum for cleaning up the kitty litter that my cats track outside the box. Most vacuums say they are good on hardwood or tile, but all they do is spit the dirt out the back end. This one doesn't seem to do that. It has a piece of felt that blocks the dirt from being spewed behind it. I've only used it a couple of times, so can't really comment on run time or charging time, but as far as cleanup, it's great.

This vaccum works great in my apartment. I have hardwood floor with throw rugs in almost every room. This vaccum does well on hard floors and low pile carpets. I have to use the highest setting on the vaccum for carpets or else it leaves a lot behind. The brush hight in the vacuum isn't long enough to really grasp the dirt. It's super easy to take apart and clean. I love that it can stand on its own. It takes quite a few hours to get a full charge which sucks that you get a little over an hour of use. So again small spaces works best for this. The attachments go on and off easy. Mine came without the cleaning tool.

I bought this item for my second home and used it about three times before I left for the winter. When I returned, the battery would no longer charge. I got very little use out of it and now can’t use it. Definitely, not worth the money.
