I have traveled 6 times with this neck pillow and I won't be leaving without it now! I really enjoy the naps on airplane rides now because of the support it gives my neck and it's compact so you can store it away easily. It comes with a eye cover, ear plugs, and a pouch to store everything in. Worth the purchase!

This NapFun neck pillow is designed for larger necks. At its tightest, the NapFun neck pillow measures 19 1/2 inches. It does not provide a snug fit for my 12 3/4 inch neck. I can place my fist in the space gap in front. It does not prevent my head from falling forward, nor give a secure enough fit to stop my head from flopping to the sides, either, when I fall asleep. The "chin support design" only works for large necks. My chin felt no support! The memory foam is comfortable and the deep-blue velvety exterior cover is soft. But I will be returning this for my money back. I think a design flaw with this pillow and other pillows I have tried is that the tightening straps are at the very edge, instead of further away from the edge. (see photo) Therefore, it does not allow for the front edges to overlap or squeeze into each other in order to make it tighter. It would be better if there was an overlapping buckle closure in the center to allow for overlap or further tightening. I saw another pillow with such a photo, but couldn't find that exact model when I clicked to order. So I ordered this model, and many more, hoping that at least one of them will fit my needs. (I’m still looking!) It's hard to purchase something online without knowing exactly how it will fit. And I’m grateful I can return this pillow (and others I am trying) to receive a full refund. This pillow arrived rolled inside the carrying bag (with NapFun name), which was placed inside a plastic bag. Inside the bag on top were the ear plugs, a notice to give it 24 hours to rebound to its full shape, and a plastic zippered bag with the eye mask. (see photos) The memory foam found its shape almost immediately after being unpacked - it did not need 24 hours. Another photo of all the items shows a tape measure with the inside measurement at 19 1/2 inches. The eye mask is flat (not molded), with the outside fabric the same color as the pillow. The inside is satin black. It has a one-size-fits-all fabric-covered elastic band that is comfortable around the head. But the mask is NOT comfortable on the eyes, since it puts pressure directly on the eyeballs! (Poor design. See photos of outside and inside of the eye mask.) I'm guessing the eye mask would not fit larger heads, since it's not adjustable. It also includes standard ear plugs. I don't know why so many people gave high marks for this pillow. Maybe they all have large necks? I hope this review will help you decide which pillow to purchase. Do NOT get it for the eye mask, though. Good luck with your purchase!

I got this for my trip to Japan, and man is it awesome! Supports your neck and you don't nod forward either. I slept well and didn't have any neck soreness. I've since used it several times for cross-country flights and absolutely love it. It's soft and comfortable, yet provides support.

This is a very sturdy neck support. I bought it for travel, but it’s actually too bulky for my travel needs. I use it for sitting in bed with phone, laptop or book. It’s great neck support!

I bought it before my 20 long flight.I had a couple of u shape pillows before but none of them as good as this one .The design is so good ,it can be tightened around your neck and give 360 support .the foam is extremely comfortable ,make me sleep the whole trip I even borrowed it to my mom after I came back
