Excellent quality mugs

These mugs are a super size for cappuccino and the barrel shape is my favourite. They were really well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I’ve always loved Willow Pattern with its rhyme that starts: 2 little birds flying o’er… and the pictures are beautifully clear. They are a little heavier than my other bone china mugs but seem sturdy and easy to hold. I’m well pleased!

Four of the mugs arrived smashed but as soon as I contacted the seller directly they immediately offered to send replacements with no quibble. The mugs are very nice quality and very good value. If they had arrived undamaged it would be five star review.

I love them just my kind off mugs. I grew up with Willow patterns so it was the most for me to get them. Full marks for them.

5 out of six broken. QR will not work so.cannot return. They requested photos and they will replace. I don't want them they are very poor quality. Dreadful customer service

Replacements for broken original. Slightly heavier build than original and transfer is darker hue of blue, but that’s not a problem. They feel robust and do the job well.

One cup came broken. Could you please replace it? Otherwise a good product.

(ordered before but not strongly packaged and broken) I loved the willow print and decided to try again, happy to say they arrived this time packaged very well and secure and for that I am grateful. They are a lovely barrel shape and strong, the print can be felt to the touch, nothing more I can say but Highly recommend. Thank you.

Me gustan estas tazas pero de 6 llego tres rotas una de ellas en pedazos. Embalaje es fatalisimo nada de adecuado para productos fragiles . Que pena que tan bonitas tazas ponen simple en caja debil poco islados una de otra que facielmente tazas chocan una con otra --embalaje nada de adecuado. Hago devolución y no se si comprar otra vez.... Y al final he atrevido comprar por segunda vez y esta vez me llego de 6 tazas cuatro ya rotas y es colmo de record de tazas rotas. . Devolución y no compro más
