I was recently found to have low testosterone as a young man. My doctor was going to put me on testosterone replacement but that can affect your fertility. I did research on natural supplements to help boost T. This has almost every single one of the ones I've seen proven to improve testosterone levels. I've been using it for around 3 weeks and it's a night and day difference. I have so much more energy, I'm not tired anymore, I've been able to push harder at the gym. The only addition to this I use is a supplement to improve vitamin D, all the b vitamins but especially b2, magnesium, and zinc all of which if deficient can cause low testosterone. This product is expensive but for ALL of the ingredients to be shown to improve Testosterone it's well worth it and cheaper then buying them separately.

I use these to help support Free Test levels in conjunction with more traditional TRT therapies. I wont use it as a stand-alone anymore as I dont think the money is worth the incremental workout boost, and wont move your numbers significantly on its own. I like as a bolt on. Been using for several years.

Love this product. I have come off it before due to cost but quickly went back on due to noticing a decline in my mood and wellbeing.

Completed Function Health lab testing in Aug 2025, and discovered my Total Test was 222 and Free Test was 51.3. Looking for an OTC option to boost these numbers, I found this supplement and was intrigued by its high reviews. I just finished a 3-month cycle of the Alpha Jym (8 pills per day). My function lab results at the end of the three month period showed Total Test is now 234 and Free Test is 67.5. Many of my other lab results have also gone awry (higher triglycerides, higher HDL, hs-CRP, etc, etc), but I don’t know that it’s as a result of this supplement. And to be fair, some other of my labs have improved (total cholesterol, HDL large parts., etc). To note, the only other changes I’ve made to my diet (beyond this supplement) is adding daily consumption of a serving of fresh caught, wild mackerel in olive oil for the Omega-3’s. So, while it did raise my Test levels very modestly, it wasn’t enough to justify the price of the product, so I won’t be purchasing again. Rating the purchase a 2.5 of 5 stars (50/50).

Great product. You’ll feel a noticeable difference in energy, drive, recovery and focus. I would recommend you have your testosterone levels checked before you try this supplement. Overall it’s a great value for your money. I love this product. Natural ingredients. It’s a pill with no taste.

I am on my second bottle and like anything, you need to give it some time to work. I am seeing some good results with this product in my stack after a few weeks and will continue for another month. I actually have only been taking 2-3 capsules twice daily, but on this bottle I think I will bump to 8 as directed. Meal plan with 4 meals, various other supplements and 6 day training regiment, this is helping to balance hormones and sure, likely give a little more in some areas where my other supplements are lacking. I trust JYM brand more than the riskier, cheaper products that have less active ingredients, but I do hope the price comes down a little. I have a hard time swallowing a lot of pills so I open them and mix with my morning shake to mask the taste. I have also taken them with water. But they are easy to swallow if you wanted to. No side effects whatsoever as well.
