An elegant cookery book from an elegant age
This book is well researched, beautifully presented and elegantly written and illustrated.The recipes that I have tried have worked well.I have given two copies as Christmas presents to family members!

Beautiful book, with lovely sounding recipes
For any Jane Austen fan, this book is well worth looking at. The only reason that I haven't given it the full five star rating, is that I would have preferred to have seen a few more recipes. I am looking forward to experimenting with the recipes.
