Like captain crunch berry flavor
I've had plain before and they're so good. Very different cereal bars. If you Haven't had them. I would describe them as cold cereal, but in a bar form they're still so crunchy and grainy. It has the texture of any puffed corn snack or cereal like kids cereal or even cheese puffs. The strawberry flavor is good and reminds me of the just berries cereal from the Cap'n . Very nostalgic
