I don’t understand how one month they charge £10 and other months £15. Great for quitting smoking but not too easy to stop taking.

Overall one of the better nicotine cessation products there are. I enjoy the box design to be honest it is quite clever for being made out of a dense cardboard, just make sure you read the instructions carefully and only push in from the one side to dispense them better. As for the actual taste, it is as expected good for about five seconds and not the most pleasant after, not disgusting or anything but I liken it to soap, as the same for most nicotine products barring the spray, which is somewhat expected. They certainly last awhile, and I certainly got a few for less than £10, I think I paid around £8 for these so that is roughly 10p / 4mg so 2.5p for 1mg worth of nicotine which is somewhat reasonable but given this is the stronger option it is important to only take them when you get cravings or as a lessened substitute to cigarettes, if you feel you need a substitute then yes they are healthier than cigarettes and vapes but not they are still unhealthy to consume on a regular basis of course as they still contain additives I am unfamiliar with outside this product and well the stimulant nicotine generally is bad for your cardiovascular health, it isn't like caffeine per se as that works differently.

Happy with purchase, taste is ok, I tend to keep them at the side of my gum if not your mouth becomes to hot. Great price when trying to quit smoking

​I really wanted to like this product given some of the positive things I had heard, but unfortunately, it just wasn't a good match for me. ​The Good: ​Decent Packaging: The product arrived quickly, was well-packaged, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. ​Good Ingredients: On paper, the quality of the ingredients seems solid. ​The Bad: ​Horrible Taste: I found the flavor to be absolutely awful. It has a very strong, unpleasant aftertaste that makes it incredibly difficult to take consistently. ​Didn't Help Me: Beyond the bad flavor, I simply didn't notice any of the benefits or improvements I was hoping for. After using it as directed, it didn't help me at all. ​Everyone's body and taste buds are different, so it might work better for someone else, but due to the taste and lack of results, I won't be reordering.

Amazing product, I had booked a 2 week long holiday and I was hoping I would help me to quit vaping but it didn’t. The whole time all I could think about was wanting nicotine, so I had a look online to see what alternative products there is and I came across this one and all I can say is it really does do the trick, whenever I get the craving I simply take one of these and it goes away for around an hour or 2. Id highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to quit vaping and I will be buying more in the future. 1 box lasts me around 2 weeks
