These work surprisingly well. The pocket is actually deep so you can definitely hide your smaller valuables. Also they aren't constraning as well which was something I was afraid of happening but didn't. So I was comfortable wearing these at a festival throughout the night.

I carried a small bottle of liquid in this pouch for several hours and it was really uncomfortable. I could have used a little smaller size so they fit tighter. To me, they ran a little bigger. So, to carry a few ounces of weight you don’t want that pulling your underwear down. I haven’t wore them in awhile, but for concerts or tests or concealing something I like the fact I have a pair of needed again.
