Opened product after arriving today. After turning it on I noticed the only function that worked was the vibration setting. I then made sure the device was fully charged as instructed in the manual and tried it again, and still nothing besides vibration works. The device does not inflate the air compressors, does not heat up, and does not intensify at all.

This hand massager is not for small hands. It does heat up but only in one small area. My husband liked it because his hand would fit properly inside, however he was disappointed with the heat option too. The pros is that it does put a good amount of pressure on your hand if your hand is not too small.
