Carbon ribbon not available for purchase ...Poor after sales service
After sale service is poor than expected. Secondly, the original fitted ribbon got malfunctioned after 2 days of use, while tried to contact customer service, found that ribbon not available for additional purchase. Need to buy in mass qty> 8, Its waste of money. I wouldnt recommed to buy product.

Not worth buying... Print quality not as good as laser printer... Ribbon also finish quickly...

The beauty of this product is - Use of Regular A4 paper. I can take print at my customer's premises any time.Very prompt customer service.Need to know about purchasing spare ribbon.Thanks to Team Sreyansh
