The top sides extend about 1.5mm above the curved glass screen, which I've not yet tested with a drop. I used Ringke Fusion-X on my Pixel 6a and also loved it then. In my view, the best fit, best construction, best design, and best case for your OnePlus 12R as possible. You simply can't go wrong.

Very sturdy with a good grip. Fits perfectly on my OnePlus 12r. The sides of the case however, are scored with little ridges. I am quite old and the skin on my hands has thinned. For me then, the sides became too abrasive and I switched to a softer case. The case I now use does not provide the same level of protection. I fully recommend the case for those that do not have similar problems with their hands.
