Great taste. I use it on my gums for oral lichen planus. It helps relieve soreness and inflammation.

I have ordered this product many times and really like it a lot. Seems to work well on my joint & back pain. I take it daily, the taste is pretty good, a little peppery in the end but mild. I also take a glucosamine supplement and I feel this works well with it.

I had been using capsulated forms of supplements as well as the spice sprinkled on some of my food once per day. I already take other supplements and had too many capsules to take already. I opted to try liquid form since I believe it absorbs better into the blood stream anyway. I use this under the tongue for better absorption. There is no specification on the directions of how to take it, just suggestions like in a smoothie. The taste is not bad at all. It’s sort of sweet, which gives me cause to believe that there are sweeteners added, but it’s not reflected on the label. I like that the black pepper is added to help absorption. I also like that it is made right here in the USA. The price is very reasonable for a 60-day supply. The dosage is 1ml per day, but one of the pictures in the ad reflects the dropper having .75ml. I did not see any sediments, but I give it a little shake before I fill the dropper. A slight tilt to the side of the bottle plus two quick squeezes of the bulb fills it almost exactly to the 1ml mark. So far, it seems to be helping. If after given more time I see increased inflammation, I will likely try another brand. Right now, with Capital One shopping app a 10% savings is offered. If you subscribe you can save 5%. I made this purchase to use in a recipe that lists it as an ingredient. I gave it 4 stars because it as advertised. Once I use it I'll come back and adjust up or down if needed. FYI: both the bottle and dropper are glass, you don't see that often anymore so that alone make it seem like a quality product.

This stuff tastes really good. I have only been taking it for a couple weeks. I also give some to my dog. I have had less stiffness but still a little to early to see all the benefits. I will keep buying it as I like the taste and the price.
