Defective product received – lubricant leaked, unusable
I ordered a ProElite tempered glass for my Lenovo Tab and this has been the most disappointing experience. The product arrived in a very poor condition, a lubricant had leaked all over the packaging and the tempered glass itself, making it impossible to use. When I tried to paste it on my tab, it was completely unusable. To make matters worse, the item is marked as non-returnable, and even when I tried to report it as damaged, Amazon showed an error. This is extremely frustrating and feels like I’ve been cheated. Customers should not be left helpless with a defective product, especially when it arrives in this condition.

Packaging is good
Packaging was good, dry & wet wipe is there, but adjustment & finger clean sticker was not inside package. I applied by myself using adhesive tape guide. Overall cost is justified.
