Do not bother - I would not recommend the LG heat pump dryer. 3 years ago I bought their dryer for £920 having researched the products and the feedback was they’d last 10-25 years. 😂 Within 3 years it no longer dries, the warranty has expired despite the suggestion their motor has 10 year warranty. But that is no good if that isn’t the issue. I paid £100 to get the problem diagnosed followed by a quote of c.£500 to get it fixed which meant essentially the repair was not cost effective. The definition of a write off. LG Customer services are not interested neither is the company. Spend your money elsewhere.
