Meat Church - BLANCO Steak and Everything Else Seasoning

I tried Meat Church BLANCO Steak and Everything Else Seasoning on ribeyes, burgers, chicken, and even veggies — and it’s legitimately one of the best all-purpose rubs I’ve ever used. The flavor is bold, savory, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of heat and herbs. It makes everything taste restaurant-quality without overpowering. Funny thing: when I use Meat Church BLANCO, everyone literally worships my meat. Family, friends, and neighbors all start raving and asking for the recipe the second they take a bite. It’s become my go-to seasoning for everything from the grill to the smoker. Great on steak, but truly lives up to the “Everything Else” name. Highly recommend — your meat deserves this kind of worship.

5 stars. This is what happens when a steak rub grows up, gets a job, and still slaps. I put this on steaks and now the steaks are sending thank-you notes. No sugar. No circus heat. Just salt, garlic, onion, and that sneaky buttery umami that makes a ribeye taste like it paid extra for first class. High heat doesn’t scorch it. It just crusts up like it knows what it’s doing. This is not a “look at me I’m BBQ candy” rub. This is a “the meat is the star and I am the lighting crew” rub. You shake it on, sear it, slice it, and suddenly you’re standing at the cutting board making that little involuntary noise people make when they pretend they weren’t going to eat the end piece first. Well slap my ribeye and call me congregation. Would buy again. Already looking at the steak like it needs another coat.

I use this spice for cooking pork roast. It gives it a great flavor without being ovewhelming. It is fantastic for pork tacos with slaw. Glad my son told me about this product and cooked some meat to let me try before I bought it. I like it a lot!

Oh my this seasoning is delicious on any meat. We love it on chicken and beef. Absolutely have to keep stocked in spice cabinet.

Blanco is the ONLY seasoning that we consistently reach for. Nothing stays on our counter- it does and we use it every day. It’s not a stretch to say it’s the best seasoning out there and you’ll probably also become addicted to it. Put it on cottage cheese and tomatoes and change your life.

Dependable seasoning that is well balanced. Have used extensively on steak/beef cuts, chicken and for making sauces/slow cooked dishes.
