Great product!
Shipped fast and was really well packaged for shippment! Application was super simple and easy with standard roller and a broom handle attached. Followed the directions exactly and had zero issues on colored concrete pavers. Previous owner had slacked on sealing before us so the first coat that I liberally rolled on got soaked in quickly. Pic attached is that 1st coat after 24hrs. Due to the overly dried out pavers, coverage was lower than described. I got about 1300sqft single coat which is inline of their estimates. The second coat does cover better so staying on top of reapplications every 2-4 years should be easier and more cost effective. It really does improve the look of the pavers although you will see alot more white stone spots after due to where the paver color has worn off over the years. But still better looking by far! I did test a secind coat in spots which was also zero issues but not as transforming. But when it rained a few days later it was noticeable how the water beaded better. I experiance none of the cloudy, white, or yellow issues that any of the neg reviews list. And this was done in South West Florida with a SW facing driveway! I did reapply polymetric sand to all the paver joints prior with some joints at the street and side walk being 1". The polymetric sand was preset with water mist 2 days prior and with sealer it became very hard which is perfect! I have already ordered a second 5 gallons to complete a second coat without any hesitation and would highly recomend!

Brought My Pool Patio Back to Life — Slip-Proof, Rich Finish That Lasts!
After years of sun, rain, and chlorine splash taking a toll on my stamped concrete pool patio, I decided to bring it back to life with a serious sealer. I went with the Armor AR350 because of its great reputation, and I’m so glad I did. I used the full 5-gallon container to do two coats across the stamped concrete, and I also mixed in the Armor Fine Non-Slip Additive to make sure the wet surface wouldn’t become a slip hazard — especially around the pool where bare feet and puddles are the norm. The result was everything I hoped for. The AR350 gave my patio that enhanced wet-look without the overly glossy "wet paint" shine — it made the stamped texture and color variations really pop again. The solvent smell during application is no joke (definitely wear a mask), but it flashes off quickly and is completely worth it. I applied it with a sprayer for the first coat, then back-rolled with a 3/8” nap roller for the second. The non-slip additive blended in easily and didn’t clump or cloud the finish. After it dried, the patio had a smooth satin look and just enough grit underfoot that I now feel confident walking out there even when wet. It’s been a couple months now, and the protection is holding strong. Water beads on the surface, no chalking or whitening, and it still looks freshly sealed after rainstorms and direct sun exposure. I can’t emphasize enough how much better the patio looks — it went from dull and dusty to crisp and rich-looking. If you have a stamped concrete pool deck or any decorative hardscape, this sealer paired with the non-slip additive is a winning combo. Easy to apply, pro-grade results, and no more worrying about slipping near the pool. Highly recommend!

The very best quality for an amazing price
We are very satisfied and completely amazed on how well this product blends perfectly and the gloss finish looks so even. It covered over 1300 square feet (formula said it would cover around 1100 square feet) and we still have close to 2/3rds of a gallon left over for touch up later. It took us just over 2 hours and we cannot stress to make sure you time applying it when the weather is perfect. Our driveway and porch are beautiful once again and considering it’s been since 2006, the concrete did absorb a lot of the product and it out performed the square footage that said it would cover. We highly recommend this Armor AR350! Excellent product. Excellent results.

Excellent product, nice final look... good instructions and helpful hints.
Excellent product. The product went on very easily with a roller. I added the no slip grit as this was to seal some pavers near my pool. I had about 700sq. ft. and 5 gallons was just enough. The first coat went on in about 2 hours with a large roller. The second coat I used a sprayer so that I could get into the crevices between the pavers. It looks stunning! I started the project 2 weeks earlier by removing the effloresence on the pavers and cleaning them with a pressure washer. The first day of a 4 day good weather pattern I started by using my leaf blower to blow off the pine needles and dust, then, after mixing the grit, I started laying it on with the roller. The first few strokes of the roller I had too much product on the roller. After an adjustment I rolled small areas about 4ft. square and overlapped all sides. In two hours I completed the full coat but noticed that some of the seams between the pavers had not been covered. The second coat I used a sprayer without the grit. I hit the seams and lightly coated the surface. The final look is great and the product directions really helped with cleanup. I would recommend this product but it took more than I expected to finish the job. I ordered more as I have two more areas of pavers to seal and may decide to lay a thin final coat on the big pavers. All in all I expect that I will use 10 gallons for about 1300 sq. ft. of pavers.
