How Did I EVER Live Without This???
Let me just say this up front: This will not work miracles. It requires you to take some care in how you load the trousers and sometimes you may need to run it though an extra cycle to get it completely right. But, when you take care and use this as intended, it's nothing short of fantastic. I've had it a few days and have run two pairs of wool and two pairs of cotton trousers through it. The first wool pair was perfect the first time. As some have suggested, I left them in overnight. Fabulous results. The next wool pair had gotten slightly damp and were bulging at the knees a good bit. This made it very hard to load the trousers with the old crease properly aligned. So... I got a bit of double-crease. (I probably should have had these dry-cleaned.) I reloaded the trousers with their position adjusted and ran it again. Left them for a couple of hours and this time they were just fine. The bulging was gone, the double-crease eliminated and the trousers looked great. I had even left the braces attached on that pair while pressing, which was no problem at all. The first cotton pair were also near perfect. I noticed a touch of what looked like light puckering in one leg but as soon as I removed the trousers from the press and hung them, that smoothed right out. The second cotton pair had the creases in the right spot but the legs were slightly offset, so an imprint of one leg was left over the other... well that was my fault for not loading the trousers correctly and another cycle took care of it. My point is, you'll get out of it what you put into it. And even with a little attention to loading, it's so much easier than ironing; probably a lot easier on the fabric as well. I did notice other people mentioning some slight damage to the product they received in shipping and I experienced the same. Just a slight ding on one corner of the control panel. I advised Amazon and they took good care of me on it. You really should let them know if you happen to get one with some light damage. I elected not to return it and they offered me a bit of a discount which I'm totally satisfied with. That's why I stay a loyal Amazon PrimeFresh customer! They have *always* done the right thing any time there have been any issues with an order.

Reliability?
The heat is not as warm/hot as I would have expected I online the option of two timer settings. This is the third Corby I have had in my lifetime. Both previous units the heating element stopped working. Let’s see how long this one lasts.

Not worth the money
This was not worth the money. I took it out of the box and stood it up and the leg broke. The legs are made of plastic, very cheaply made. I tried using the press and the pants still look wrinkled after 30 minutes

Wrinkles pants, not press them.
Doesn’t put much of a crease in the pants. It wrinkles the rest of the legs on the pants. I just have to take it out and iron it anyways.
