Finally something that works!
Have tried everything to glue XPS (Blue or Green Foam) - in a hobby application. The glue is some type of cyanoacrylate - it sets quickly with no damage to the foam - the glue is stronger than the foam! By everything I mean White glue, wood glue, "foam safe" cyanoacrylate and epoxy. I am told Hard as Nails and other construction glues will work but they are thick and take a long time to set. For my hobby application this works!

Fixed a tail
Had a 3' plane break a tail. This stuff is super potent. Wear gloves It took about a week to get off my fingers. But it basically welded the Styrofoam back together. Flys just fine.

Doesn't work
This glue melted the styrofoam. Waste of money.

When it works, it works very well.
Although it certainly does not bond all foams together -- it corrodes the pink foam board I use sometimes, instead of bonding it -- when it does bond foam boards together, it does quite a good job.

The only thing that worked on a molded foam frame
I had an oval mirror with a decorative molded frame. When I moved, the movers broke the frame. I tried a couple of types of superglue and they did nothing. The surface inside the break was too porous and soft. I ordered this as a last effort at saving the mirror. I wish I had this from the start. If I had, you would never know the frame was ever broken. The superglue I tried previously prevented a clean joining of the pieces, but this glue STILL held. I would recommend this for anything porous like styrofoam, molded foam, etc.

Do not use on your airplanes.
I had a very small crack. This glue turned it into a gaping canyon. Fortunately I noticed.The packaging melting before.I put some on my actual broken piece. I would put zero stars if they allowed me.

Not suitable for polystyrene
I bought this, I may have mis read but wanted it for polystyrene. It didn't work so well.
