Surfans HiFi MP3 Player with Bluetooth: F22 Full Touch Lossless Music Player - Portable High Resolution DSD Digial Audio Player 32GB Memory Expandable up to 1TB

This is very basic mp3 player it does not have the featers that the surfans f20 has on it but it still as a great sound like f20 , it's easy to use, great for first time user, price is great 👍,

Got it to leave in my car. popped out the disc and loaded some songs. It connected without issue. Car doesn’t control device or display info but I read the reviews so I didn’t mind. My negatives are battery life was a bit short for a full charge & the SD slot doesn’t have a back. After my initial test I wanted to finish loading songs and instead of the spring pushing the card out, it pushed it in never to be seen again. Can’t even crack it open to retrieve the card Contacted customer service, did some troubleshooting and info verification. Device replaced and works as it should.

Item not what I expected for the price. I have returned back to you and had my refund approved Thankyou
