The product is tough it's even heavy to carry. Alarm goes off if in is moved while in an alerted state

Great product but we could not get the screw out with the allen wrench as it was much too tight. Great quality and like the cover on the chain so it does not scratch the bike.

Great lock. But you will want to spend some time getting to know the locking mechanism and the difference between one beep and two beeps when locking it... ;)

The product came with no manaul or instructions, looks used and the key is stuck inside, do not buy, terrible product and company
